Returns and Refunds

At LZ CreationsEvery piece of jewelry is lovingly created to order. We do our best to ensure that every order brings you complete satisfaction. However, should a problem arise, here is our return and refund policy:
📦 Customized products - No returns possible
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Codethe right of withdrawal does not apply to not personalized products (photo engraving, name, message, etc.).
➡️ This means that no returns or refunds are possible. for a personalized necklace, unless the product is defective or we have made a mistake (incorrect engraving, broken product, etc.).
✅ Damaged products or error on our part
If you receive an article :

damaged or broken on receipt,
-
with a customization error (e.g. wrong photo, incorrect name),
-
not conform to your order,
👉 Contact us within 48 hours of receipt to :

Please include :

a clear photo of the product,
-
your order number,
-
an explanation of the problem.
After verification, we will propose :

a free return a new product, or
-
a total reimbursementif replacement is not possible.
🔁 Returns not accepted
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

change of mind after personalization,
-
wrong photo or text sent by the customer,
-
delivery delays caused by external events (carrier delays, busy periods),
-
incorrect delivery address provided.
💳 Repayments
If a refund is granted, it will be made via the same means of payment that used at the time of purchase, within a period of 5 to 10 working days.
