The brand LZ Creations is registered and operated by this company.

2. Object

These conditions govern the sale of products offered on the site shop.lz-creations.com. By ordering an item, the customer unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Products

The products on offer are jewelry and personalized gifts (e.g. necklaces with engraved photo). Each product is presented with a description sheet that is as precise as possible.

⚠️ Because of its personalized nature, visuals may differ slightly from final rendering.

4. Awards

Prices are quoted in euros (€)all taxes included.
They do not include delivery chargeswhich are added at the time of order validation.

LZ Creations reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is registered.

5. Control

The order is validated once :

payment is accepted;
that personalization information (photo, name, message, etc.) has been correctly transmitted.

Confirmation is sent by e-mail after validation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of non-conformity or abusive behaviour.

6. Payment

Payments are secured via trusted service providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
Bank details are not never stored on our servers.

7. Delivery

Delivery in 7 to 10 (working days) depending on the customer's address.
The production of a personalized jewel can take between 5 and 7 working days before shipping.
A tracking number is sent by e-mail once the package has been dispatched.

LZ Creations cannot be held responsible in the event of carrier delay (e.g. La Poste, Mondial Relay).

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
No returns or refunds will be accepted except in the case of error on our part or defective product.

9. Warranties and returns

In the event of a damaged product or personalization error attributable to LZ Creations :

We'll send you back a compliant product at no extra chargeor
We will issue a refund if replacement is not possible.

📷 A photo of the product received may be requested to substantiate the claim.

10. Liability

LZ Creations cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the products (loss, accident, misuse, etc.).

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (visuals, texts, logo, products) are protected by copyright.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. Personal data

The personal data collected during the ordering process are processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Privacy Policy.
You may request their modification or deletion at any time by writing to us at contact@lz-creations.com.

13. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought. If no solution is found, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
